How do subscription credits work?
Each plan gives you a monthly allotment of clean credits. One credit cleans or validates one phone number. Pick your monthly credit volume with the slider — more credits per month means a lower effective price.
Do unused credits roll over?
For subscriptions started or changed under the new credit policy, unused monthly credits roll over while active. If you cancel, remaining subscription credits expire when the paid period ends. Failed renewals have a 7-day grace period from the due date, then subscription credits freeze until renewal succeeds. One-time purchases and protected existing credits remain usable without a subscription. Existing subscriptions keep their previous rules until a plan change is accepted.
What if I need extra credits this month?
You can top up at any time with one-off, pay-as-you-go credits at $0.001 per credit. These are added on top of your plan balance.
